Perhaps it’s feeling the holiday spirit moving me but I feel giddy this afternoon. Please enjoy these poses I’ve been collecting during travels over the past few years. It’s not always just for fun – working stretches into the day, no matter where, always feels great. As I’ve been taking these travel yoga trees it’s also become a way to pay homage to a place, to dance and acknowledge some of the sweet places I’ve found myself. Namaste.
If the Tree Pose fits, wear it!

I love it! Keep up the poses whenever inspiration hits! Josh will get it over it someday, maybe after therapy. Actually, eventually he’ll be proud of his Mom, if he isn’t secretly already.
Thanks, Denise! May your (tree) limbs long be moved by inspiration.
Happy holidays,
Elaine
