Perhaps it’s feeling the holiday spirit moving me but I feel giddy this afternoon. Please enjoy these  poses I’ve been collecting during travels over the past few years. It’s not always just for fun – working stretches into the day, no matter where, always feels great. As I’ve been taking these travel yoga trees it’s also become a way to pay homage to a place, to dance and acknowledge some of the sweet places I’ve found myself. Namaste.

If the Tree Pose fits, wear it!
